Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

2. Processed or Shipped Orders

Processed Orders: If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped, we will do our best to halt the process. However, cancellation at this stage may not be possible.
Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you may return the item following our Return Policy once you receive it.

3. Cancellation Fees

No Fees: There are no cancellation fees if the cancellation request is made within the allowed timeframe and before the order has been processed or shipped.
Late Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made after the order has been processed or shipped, after 24 hours, standard return shipping fees and policies will apply.The same will be notified to the customer.

4. Refunds

Processing: If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
Notification: You will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation and the refund details.
