1. Delivery Timeframe
At Vaidyaratnam, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. The standard delivery timeframe is between 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders with a minimum purchase value of ₹1500.
Special Products: Shipping fees for certain special products will also be waived.
3. Delivery Fee for Orders Below ₹1500
For orders below ₹1500, a standard delivery fee will be applied. This fee will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the package.
4. Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or logistical issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Return Policy
At Vaidyaratnam, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Condition: Items must be unopened and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@vaidyaratnam.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Ship Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Our logistics partnesr will then arrange pick-up.
3. Refunds
Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In the event of rejection of refund, the same will be notified to the customer.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team at support@vaidyaratnam.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@vaidyaratnam.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
